Vane pump for low viscosity mineral oil products
We are pleased to announce the addition to our product range of the NP series Vane Pump. The nominal diameter of the pump is DN80, and it is available with a nominal flow rate of 700 l/min or alternatively 900 l/min. A special feature of these pumps is their compact design. The pumps are ideal for truck trailer use, due to an integrated way-valve and the good self-priming function.
The way-valve enables pumped discharge from the truck, the trailer and through a simple switch over the self-filling of the truck from the trailer. The pneumatically adjustable overflow valve means a reduction in flow rate without loss of rotation frequency.
The pump can be used at low or high discharges flow rates at the minimum rotation frequency. For the bearing we use robust durable roller bearings with internal rings, which can, if necessary, be changed without needing to replace the rotor shaft. A lubrication hose extension is available as an option. The pump is now also available with integrated hydraulic drive.
