The STR8 (”straight”) manifold has been developed to maximise the flow rate through a manifold. It is lower than most competing manifolds, enabling the tank truck builder to increase the height difference to the foot valve resulting in higher flow rates during gravity discharge.
The STR8 manifold offers good flexibility regarding configuration of the distance between compartments and the positioning of sight glasses. Each section can be ordered with a position sensor that can be used external control systems to determine whether the manifold is completely opened or closed.
